12-Month Trading History of Premium Services

We publish various premium services delivered mostly via e-mail, providing investors with research and recommendations for trading stocks, mutual funds and options. Since we are strictly publishers, we do not have available to us the actual results most subscribers achieve by acting on our recommendations. However, we have received copies of the broker confirmation statements of some subscribers, and based on that limited information, the tables in the PDFs for the services below summarize the trading results they have achieved.

The tables reflect all of the confirmation statements we have received corresponding to the closed trades we recommended in the most recent 12-month period. We have at least one confirmation statement for nearly all of the recommendations we made (shown as “Trade #1″). Plus we have two or more confirmations for quite a few of the trades (in the columns “Trade #2,” “Trade #3,” etc.) Information on open trades is excluded from the tables, but is available to current paid subscribers in our weekly wrap-up issues.

Important caveats: Subscribers who provided us with this data may not be representative of most subscribers. Plus, their decisions to buy or sell may also have been based, in part, on information they received from other sources. The prices achieved and commissions paid by each subscriber may vary, for better or for worse; and past results are no indication of future performance. The purchase of put and call options is speculative, and as we have stated in our literature, as many as 80% may expire worthless.
